The Leeds Jane Culbreth Library and the Moody Doris Stanley Library partnered on June 2nd for the annual summer reading opening day kick-off party. The event took place in the A.D.E.S.A. parking lot in Moody. The 'Groove Club' entertained the participants with music, dancing and a live puppet. In addition to the musical entertainment, carnival games and prizes were presented for all to enjoy. Approximately 150 people attended the event. Sign-up for summer reading is ongoing until July 23rd at the Leeds Library so come on in!
